A green tea frappuccino looks and tastes like a milkshake or a smoothie. Here's how you can make your own truly delicious homemade frappuccino.
Green Tea Frappuccino
Ingredients:
1/2 teaspoon green tea powder (matcha)
2 ounces hot water
1 1/2 tablespoons vanilla syrup or sugar, to taste
4 ounces full cream or skinny milk
Ice cubes
Method:
Dissolve the green tea powder in hot water.
Add the milk and syrup.
Blend with about 5 ice cubes.
Top with whipped cream if desired.
This frappuccino will not only taste delicious but will be very good for your health. If you are trying to lose weight, then cut out the sugar and use skinny milk.
If you don't want to make your own, Starbuck's green tea frappuccino is also very good, but unfortunately high in calories and fat. For an occasional treat on a hot day to mix the whipped cream and have a small one!
